As you have already heard, Corey "C-Murder" Miller has been convicted of 2nd degree murder, which carries a mandatory life sentence. The charges stem from a January 2002 incident in which 16-year-old, Steve Thomas, was shot and killed in a Louisiana nightclub. Jurors convicted Miller despite his defense presenting nine witnesses, who said he was not the shooter. Miller's family said they would appeal the verdict. Prayers should be made for all families involved.

"Now I put out a quality album, got nothing but good responses from it, but it's like they're not even looking. And it's the same with South Coast Coalition. We're working, we're hungry. And it ain't about the money. We love this music and pour everything into it."
