| CONCERT
DATE: Fri, December 21st @ The Edge/Dungeon, which
is located at 3895 O'Neal Lane. The South Coast Coalition
will be performing along with T-Bo, Mike da Hustla, and
Lil Witness in an all ages concert. The show will start around
9PM.
The S.C.C. is still at work on the compilation album, which should drop in early 2002. At this point, the CD features the following artists: T-Bo, Beelow, Max Minelli, Thug Addict, Emperah Nero, J-Von, Lil Witness, Mike da Hustla, Mookie, Sam I Am, Syncere, ILLusive, and Military Ridahz. Most of the production load has been provided by Chaotic and Mr. Clever. This site will post more info as the album progresses. The super group,
Camp 225, has officially been created. Camp 225 consists of the
S.C.C., T-Bo, Mike da Hustla, and Lil Witness.
Look for the first Camp release sometime in 2002. What label the LP will
drop on is not yet determined. Stay posted for updates in the near
future. |

At this point, the
compilation project is about half way done. Next month, we will list the
album's lineup of rappers and producers. Also, Lil Witness's album,
Beside Myself, is on pace for a December release. Look for
appearances from the S.C.C., T-Bo, and Mike da Hustla
among others. |

| In October, Dirty
South Productions and Clever Soundz plan to start the recording
of a Baton Rouge City compilation album. Mr. Clever will
provide most of the production. Many local artists have already agreed to
submit work. The project will feature a few "big" names, which we will
list at a later date. Dirty South Productions has just finished the construction of their new studio. The studio will be open to the public, however the compilation will receive priority. Email us at SCC225@aol.com for rates, location, or any other related information. You can now download
Southern Slang: The Album off of the site,
www.ampcast.com/scc (all downloads are completely free of charge).
Also, the site contains unreleased material, instrumentals, and tracks
from the previous EP. Updates will be made throughout the month, so be
sure to check the site out each week. |

CONCERT DATE:
Fri, September 21st @ the Entertainment Complex in Baton Rouge.
The South Coast Coalition will be performing around 11PM.
The Entertainment Complex is located on the corner of Florida Blvd
and Airline Hwy. (next door to Wherehouse
Music) The S.C.C., T-Bo, Mike da Hustla, and Lil Witness have put together a radio track for everybody's favorite deejay, LaTangela. Those in the 225 area code can tune in to Max 94.1 next week to hear the final product. Mr. Clever (who always comes through) provided yet another fire beat. Speaking of Mr. Clever, he is currently working on a compilation that is guaranteed to be HOT!!! The S.C.C., T-Bo, Mike da Hustla, Thug Addict, 225 Boyz, and many others will be featured on the project. CONTEST RESULTS: After receiving almost 200 replies, Brian Spilling of Walker, LA has won $100 in the "what" count contest. The correct answer was 168. Answers ranged from 50 to 600. "Deuce And A Quarter" had the most in one song with 35 "whats". |

CONCERT
DATE: Sat, August 11th @ Shamrocks (off Greenwell Springs
Rd in Baton Rouge). The South Coast Coalition, T-Bo, and
Nero will be performing in an all ages show. The concert will start
around 9PM with a $10 admission. SCC t-Shirts, hats, hoods, and

CONCERT DATE: Sat, July 28th @ the Caterie in Baton Rouge. The South Coast Coalition, T-Bo, Mookie, and Military Ridahz will be performing in 2 seperate shows. The first show will be for all ages and start @ 6PM. The late show will begin around 10PM. This will be the official album release party for Southern Slang: The Album. If you have not picked up the CD yet, it will be sold at both concerts. CONTEST: The first person who can guess how
many times the word "what" is used in Southern Slang: The
Album will receive $100 dollars. Email your guess to the

winner will be announced as soon as we receive the correct

| On Mon, June 18th
@ 10PM, be sure to tune in to the Underground Hip Hop Night on
91.1FM (KLSU). There will be an in depth interview with the
S.C.C. discussing their new release and upcoming events. Throughout
the interview, several tracks from the LP will be played.
The track, "Whiteboys", was officially chosen this month to be featured in CD E.T.A.'s Artist Showdown. The Artist Showdown pits two of the hottest underground music acts against each other and lets the fans pick their favorite. To vote for "Whiteboys", all you have to do is click the following link, CD ETA Indie Music, and go the rap section. The South Coast Coalition would like to give WEB recognition for buying 10 S.C.C. Albums in one night. If anyone is interested in topping this mark, feel free. |

| CONCERT
DATE: Sat, May 12th @ 10PM. The S.C.C. will be performing,
along with Lil Witness, live at Gate 7. Gate 7 is
located on Chimes St. near the L.S.U. campus. This will be an outdoors
show and will feature other acts (to be named at a later date). Lil
Witness has already completed 17 of a possible 19 tracks for his new
LP, Beside Myself. The S.C.C. is featured on the club
banger, "Off The Liquor". We will post the release date once it is
set. Also, you can hear Lil Wit (with Max Minelli) on the
Redemption compilation single. The compilation is in strores
now.
The #1 Headbuster himself, T-Bo, can be seen on the new Master P video, "Pockets Gone Stay Fat". The video was recorded in Los Angeles and is split up into two tracks. After Master P heard a few of his cuts, T-Bo is now under negotiations with No Limit Records. T-Bo performed with P, Silkk, and Funkmaster Flex last month at a big show in Providence, Rhode Island. Also, T-Bo laid down vocals on the probable TRU single, "Get Buck, Get Crunk", which features Master P, Silkk, and C-Murder. The wait is over!!! Southern Slang: The Album will be in stores in May!!! If a store in your city does not carry the CD, you can order a special edition double CD set off the internet at mp3.com/scc. The double CD set includes two bonus tracks. Be on the lookout for DJ Who's upcoming album, Klick Free. The S.C.C. and DJ Who (formally of Koalition Klick) have collaborated on 3 tracks in the past and look to collaborate again in the near future. | CONCERT
DATE: Sat, April 28th @ 5PM. The S.C.C. will be
performing at Demon Fest, which will be held on the Northwestern
University campus in Natchitoches, LA. This all day event will
go on from 10AM to 10PM. Lil Witness, among others, will also
perform at the concert. CONCERT DATE: Sat, April 21st @ 10PM. Dirty South Productions presents the S.C.C., live at the Caterie in Baton Rouge. The card will also consist of T-Bo, Lil Witness, Mookie Black, and Military Ridahz. This will be the third time that the Coalition has performed at the Caterie. At the show, Military Ridahz will be promoting their brand new CD, Young, Raw, and Heated. The CD was dropped earlier this year on the label, Military Mynded. If for some unknown reason you do not pick up, Southern Slang: The Album, all 18 tracks can be heard on Napster and MP3.com. Mookie Black is currently at work on his debut LP, Off The Porch. The track, "Biddy Bye", which features Lil Boosie, is extremely tight and could possibly be the first single. After hearing 5 completed tracks from the LP, Off The Porch is on pace to be a classic. |

| Southern Slang:
The Album is officially completed and will soon be sold in a store
near you. The album consist of 18 tracks and features: C-Loc, Emperah
Nero, T-Bo, Lil Mike, Mookie Black, Heno, Lil Witness, and
Chaotic. Chaotic, the next up and coming down south
producer, provided 11 of the 18 tracks. In other news, T-Bo is working on his full length solo album (the title is named but unreleased at the present time). He is currently under negotiation with C-Murder and TRU Records. We will provide more detailed information in the near future. Heno's well
anitcipated album, Lost and Confused, will be out soon.
L & C, which contains the hit track of the same name, is
extremely tight from beginning to end. We promise that you have never
heard a similiar artist due to his originality and variety of mixing
different styles of music. The South Coast Coalition is featured on
the following three tracks: "Murder: the redruM", "Ashes- the
Remix", and "Visions." |

Concert Date: Sat, February 3rd @ 10PM. The South Coast Coalition will be performing at Gate 7, which is located on Chimes St near the L.S.U. campus. Lil Witness will also be performing at the show. There will be a freestyle contest at the end of the show. Speaking of Lil
Witness, he is currently in the studio working on a solo EP that will
drop later this year. It will include the previous hit, "Deceit",
which was heard first on the Revelation maxi single. We will
update you with the release date as soon as it is set. |

The S.C.C. has
chosen Gonzales Music for distribution. Gonzales Music
was also the distributor for the last two Coalition albums: Southern
Slang: The EP and South Coast Flavor. The
S.C.C. plans to sell the new album on the internet to those outside
the distribution area. |
